How does Seis protect my personal information?

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.

How does Seis collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example when you
 
 •  Open an account, or apply for financing
 •  Deposit money, or use your debit card
 •  Pay your bills, or use your credit card

We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affliates, or other companies.

Why can't I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only
 
 •  Sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes - information about your creditworthiness
 •  Affiliates from using your information to market to you
 •  Sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

Definitions

Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financnail and nonfinancial companies.

  • Our affiliates include companies that have common corporate ownership with Seis, Inc.

Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.

  • Seis does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.

Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Our joint marketing partners include banks that offer banking products and services, such as checking accounts and credit card accounts.

Other important information

Updating your information: If you need to update the personal information you have given us, please call 866-256-1907 chat with us in the Seis App to speak to an account representative.

Do Not Call Policy: This notice is the Seis Do Not Call Policy under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. We do not solicit via telephone numbers listed on the state or federal Do Not Call lists, unless the law allows. Seis employees receive training on how to document and process telephone marketing choices. Consumers who ask not to receive telephone solicitations from Seis will be placed on the Seis Do Not Call list and will not be called in future campaigns.

Call Monitoring and Recording: If you communicate with us by telephone, we may monitor or record the call.  We may also monitor and record your usage of our website(s), network, and application(s).

Vermont Residents: We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to our affiliates and will not disclose your personal information, financial information, credit report, or health information to nonaffiliated third parties to market to you, other than as permitted by Vermont law, unless you authorize us to make those disclosures.
