Disclosure and Electronic Consent

In this agreement, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Seis” mean Seis, Inc. “You” and “your” refer to you, the person registering for a Seis account. “Communications” means disclosures, notices, agreements, fee schedules, privacy policies, statements, records, documents and other information that we provide to you, or that you sign and submit or agree to at our request.

Seis is dedicated to providing the best online banking experience possible, including providing information electronically. By accepting this Agreement, you agree that you are willing and able to receive Communications in electronic form, and you consent to receive Communications in electronic form. If you do not consent to receive Communications in electronic format and not in paper form, you may not open a Seis account. If you withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time after providing consent hereunder, we reserve the right to terminate your Account.

Delivery Methods

We will deliver Communications to you electronically, either through the Seis website www.seis.com (“Website”); the Seis mobile application (“Application”); text messages or SMS (“Text Messages”); or via email (“Email”). If we do not deliver Communications to you through the above methods, we will tell you where you can receive such Communications.

We may be required by law to deliver certain Communications to you in paper form even though you have consented to receive them electronically.

Hardware and software requirements

To receive and retain electronic communications from Seis, you will need a computer or mobile device with an operating system that supports all of the following:

  • An Internet connection;
  • A current version of a web browser we support, including: A current version of Edge, Firefox, Safari, or Chrome updated to the three most recent versions;
  • A hard drive or other data storage method;
  • A valid and active email address; and
  • A current version of a program that displays PDF files.

We may update these requirements from time to time to maintain our ability to provide electronic communications; If these requirements change materially, we will notify you of the changes.

Update Contact Information

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information so that we can send you electronic communications. Use a phone number that is active and that you check regularly.

Request for Paper Copies

We may choose to make paper copies of certain electronic Communications available upon request, but we undertake no obligation to do so. You may obtain a paper copy of an electronic Communication by printing it or requesting that a paper copy be mailed to you, and we will not charge a fee for the requested copy. You may make requests for paper copies by emailing us at ayuda@seis.com.

Written Communications

We are required by law to give you certain information in writing. All Communications delivered to you in electronic or paper format will be deemed to be information delivered “in writing.” You understand and agree that we may send communications to you via email at the email address you provide to us or make such communications available online at a website we designate. We will alert you via email, text message, or push notification when we make such Communications available. You agree that you will maintain a valid email address. You also agree to notify us if your email address changes and give us your new email address. To update the information that we need to contact you electronically, please send us an email to ayuda@seis.com.

Revocation of Consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to this agreement at any time. Withdrawing consent will terminate your Seis account, including access to our website and mobile application.
